Nuria Gómez Vendrell (Madrid, 17 March 1980), is one of the participants in the second edition of the Despega programme, Redeia’s Intrapreneurship programme which is supported by Elewit. In this context, Nuria has developed her project, Efisite.

Nuria is a technical engineer in Red Eléctrica’s Department of Organisational and People Services. She has performed several roles within Redeia over a period of more than 10 years, both in Red Eléctrica’s General Operations Management and the corporate area. In the latter, she was involved in energy management of buildings, project management, renewables, and space management, among other things.

“In my opinion, it's a real privilege to be part of Despega. I think that it is beneficial both for the company and employees, as it improves the ability to generate business and take advantage of the potential of those people that form part of the company, and who we otherwise wouldn’t consider,” she said.

Efisite

Nuria's project is Efisite, a trusted online assistant for improving energy efficiency in the home.

By completing a free test, you can automatically access a personalised proposal of products and services, with an estimation of how much could be saved, key information, options for savings, and the possibility of requesting several quotes from service providers that provide services, the majority of which are Redeia-approved.

The app offers advice for savings in the home, from how to efficiently use household appliances to optimise electricity use, to knowing which subsidies you may benefit from.

“Efisite helps individuals save money and energy in their homes. It’s the only online tool that personalises product and service proposals for individuals in the field of energy efficiency, providing the user with speed, simplicity and trust,” said Nuria, who went on to say that, in the future, she hopes to be able to take this project to companies.
