Fridays with Startups – Erudit
AI for a happier workforce
Erudit

Science reveals that happiness thrives in environments where kindness and empathy coexist. When companies care about the well-being of their employees, the work environment becomes more pleasant. A happy workforce can deliver higher productivity levels and motivation to achieve the company objectives.

In order to enable employees to thrive in their work environment, companies can leverage artificial intelligence and data to make strategic decisions and gain real-time insights, empowering happier and more productive teams.

Erudit is a start-up which aims to promote a people-first work culture driven by data and transparency. At Elewit, one of our nine key challenges in order to accelerate the energy transition and connectivity is to increase employee safety and well-being. That is why we forge partnerships and collaborations, such as the one we have with Erudit, to develop innovative projects.

ORIGINS

Our mission is to create more productive and happier workplaces where employees can thrive by using artificial intelligence and organizational psychology to measure their well-being. Our goal is to empower leaders with objective, real-world metrics so they can consider the well-being of their employees when making important business decisions and focus on employee care and support.

THE TEAM

We have a very talented and passionate team of PhDs, psychologists and data scientists in the US and Europe training Artificial Intelligence. In total, we have three PhDs in Psychology, Clinical Psychology and data scientists, and three machine learning engineers, two PhDs and one postdoc.

ONE PASSION

Our passion is people-first data. The more we learn about organizational psychology and how people work, the more we understand that people need a balanced life inside and outside of the office to be their best. We hope Erudit will help empower and encourage organizations to take better care of their employees to achieve long-term success.

A WISH FOR 2030

More organizations taking care of their employees and making data-driven decisions. Employees know what they want and need to thrive, especially after the pandemic, they are willing to leave secure jobs to pursue that. We expect leaders and organizations to take note and adapt to this new way of working, providing flexibility and focusing more on employee empowerment rather than control.
