The world needs innovative and sustainable solutions to tackle the challenges we face today, and at Elewit, we have found that internal talent is a great source of inspiration. Through our intrapreneurship programme, in which we turn Redeia employees (as well as employees of its member companies) into true protagonists of innovation, by offering the opportunity to undertake entrepreneurial activities within the company and receive the support needed to make their ideas a reality and launch them on the market.

Therefore, we are pleased to present the development of two of our most renowned initiatives. SafeDelimit and eComerland. These projects, that stem from our first and second intrapreneurship programmes, tackle key challenges in the fields of occupational safety and energy transition.

In February, SafeDelimit, which is developing a device for creating safe zones through the use of LiDAR technology, has reached significant milestones in its development. It has successfully completed approval tests and over the next few days, it will receive CE marking, which will allow it to market its solution across Europe.

Meanwhile, the team is continuing the development of other devices, such as WAL.Checker, designed to facilitate installation of the main device, WAL.20. In addition, improvements to the software and hardware are being developed to optimise the products’ functioning and performance.

From a sales perspective, advancements have also been significant. SafeDelimit actively participated in SICUR (Spain's leading international security event), from 27 February to 1st March, where it was joined by Optex, the manufacturer of the LiDAR integrated into the solution. In addition, Panter, a well-known Spanish manufacturer of safety footwear, has expressed interest in exploring potential opportunities for collaboration to develop a risk warning sensor integrated into footwear.

With regards to eComerland, it has made significant advancement in the development of its software. This step marks a milestone in completing the marketplace that connects roofing with consumers, creating self-consumption communities by connecting supply and demand. This solution has caught the attention of several Community Transformation Offices, as they see the eComerland platform as the perfect platform for achieving their energy transition objectives.

Similarly, eComerland has reached an initial agreement with Incalexa, a company specialised in intermediation between roofing and consumers using their product Lanai, which provides collective self-consumers with micro-PPAs. In addition, they have secured a collaboration with Mediación Verde for the use of their solution, therefore consolidating key strategic alliances in the sector.

In terms of visibility and participation at relevant events, eComerland had a strong presence at GENERA, the International Energy and Environment Fair, which took place from 6 to 8 February in Madrid. In addition, they were speakers at the Conference on Collective Self-Consumption and Energy Communities in Industrial Areas, organised by the Balearic Institute of Energy (Institut Balear de l'Energia - IBE) on 28 February, therefore contributing to the exchange of knowledge and experiences in the field of sustainable energy.

The progress and milestones achieved by both SafeDelimit and eComerland are a reflection to the commitment, dedication and innovative capacity of the teams of intrapreneurs involved. At Elewit, we are proud to support and share advancements in these projects, highlighting their contribution to the development of innovative solutions. We are committed to ongoing support, promoting growth and the continued success of SafeDelimit, eComerland and other inspiring projects that stem from our ecosystem.
